This December, students from Oshi Shinobu Dojo will be traveling to Japan to compete in the International Karate Friendship Tournament!

We have set a $5,000 fundraising goal to help offset travel expenses for our students, and we’ve already raised $1,400 — 28% of the way there!

There are a few ways you can help:

Sell World’s Finest Chocolate!
Want to help us fundraise? You can purchase a full box of World’s Finest Chocolate for $80 to sell. This is a great way for friends, family, and our dojo families to help raise money toward the trip.

When I say I’m not here to herd sheep, I’m not insulting people—I’m challenging them.

A sheep mindset follows the crowd.
It avoids discomfort.
It looks for the easy way out.
It gives in when things get hard.

That mindset doesn’t hold up when life tests you.

The lion’s mindset is different.

A lion:
• Faces adversity head-on
• Stands with confidence, even when alone
• Endures pain and pushes forward
• Protects what matters
• Leads instead of follows
• Trains, sharpens, and grows continuously
