What a weekend in Asheville! Our girls finished the weekend 4-0-1, putting together a complete team performance at the plate, in the circle, on the bases, and defensively.💪

•6-6 TIE vs. Comets Showcase 18U
•6-5 WIN vs. Venom Stars 18U
•8-5 WIN vs. Carolina Mojo - Starkey 18U
•14-0 WIN vs. Prime Fastpitch East TN 18U
•6-4 WIN vs. Monarchs Select 16U

The bats were HOT all weekend. 🔥 Through five games, the Knockouts hit .495 as a team with a .552 OBP and 1.225 OPS, collecting 50 hits, 33 RBI and 40 runs scored!

A few weekend highlights:
-Kaylee Atwood (2029)launched a GRAND SLAM and finished the weekend with 6 RBI

-Juliana “Juju” Waller (2029) drove in 6 runs, including a 2-run single against Venom

-Brianna Benjamin (Johnson C. Smith University) added 6 RBI and helped lead the way in the circle

-Ava Edwards (Greensboro College) went 8-for-11 (.727) and scored 6 runs

-Kinsley Jung (2027) hit .600 with 6 hits and 3 RBI

-Scarlett Conley (2029) hit .571 with a triple and 6 runs scored

-Kendall Fraas (Columbia College) scored a team-high 7 runs and helped combine for the shutout against Prime

💙💛 BIG NEWS! 💛💙

We’re excited to announce that our team is officially transitioning from the Lady Bombers organization to the Knockouts organization!

We are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to have been part of the Lady Bombers. As a new organization, they gave our girls a place to compete, grow, and build lasting friendships, and we’re grateful for the experiences we shared.

After a lot of thought and discussion, we believe this move is the best next step for our team and our players. We’re excited for the opportunities ahead while continuing with the same amazing group of athletes, coaches, and families.

✨ Same team. Same goals. New chapter. ✨

We can’t wait to represent the Knockouts and continue working hard, competing together, and making memories both on and off the field.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. Here’s to an exciting new season! 💙🥎💛
