45 Day Challenge‼️
Details:
•📅 Start Date: March 30
•📆 End Date: May 13
•💵 Entry fee: $30 per participant, $20 goes to the “pot” 💰 (ie: 30 participants x $20 = $600 🤑🤑🤑)
• 📸 Before and after pictures START March 23 and END on March 29. These photos must be completed with same exact outfit. Sports bra, leggings/shorts encouraged for women. Men, shorts and tank/shirtless. Anything for both genders the tighter the clothing the better to show best comparison.
• 🥊 MUST take at minimum 3 classes per week. The more the merrier!
• 🍲 3 improvements MUST partake during challenge, 2 “diet” and 1 “self/mental care”. (ie: remove sugar drinks for water, remove cookies for more veggies/protein, remove social media for more books).
• 🧭 Body measurements or scale measurements are to be completed during same time frame of photos. Your choice or complete both. Body measurements include: waist, hips, and arms. Scale measurements include: Body fat %, muscle lbs and actual body lbs. We have a small scale to retrieve those numbers 🤗 weigh ins MUST be completed every other week. Measurements will only be completed at the beginning and end of challenge.
• 📝 Transformation story must be completed by May 18. This is by either email to the studio or hand written. Story should include how the challenge went, how you felt, how you’ve overcome and any challenges you faced and conquered 💪🏻
• 🥇🥈 Voting by coaches will begin May 19 and end on May 22. Winners will be announced on May 23! First and second place (potentially a third). Winnings amount will depend on pot size.
• 🤩 Non-members welcome! $210 ($180 for unlimited 45 days, $30 for challenge)
• 😏 EXTRA challenge requirement each day 😝: 20 squats, 20 push ups, 20 bicycle kicks. Want to add more? Be our goal getter guest 👊🏻
