In 2011, Dana stepped on the mat for the first time. She didn't plan to build a school. She just couldn't stop training.

A lifetime of contact sports, but Jiu-Jitsu hit different. It was the mental challenge she didn't know she was looking for.

Today, Professor Dana leads one of the largest women's BJJ programs in the entire Northeast. Not because she set out to be a leader. Because she never stopped showing up.
