I was asked by several people if placenta encapsulation was worth it…and my answer was and still is “Heck YES”. The fact that my placenta was lovingly transformed into nourishing capsules to support my postpartum recovery, vitality, and balance for healing and emotional/hormonal support is not only impressive but it is a holistic approach to self-care after having a baby. I love taking the capsules every morning and I highly recommend them for any mom considering a natural approach to assist postpartum recovery.

“Your Journey, Your Story, Your Life”

Did you know that majority of people don’t achieve their goals? Research shows that people just don’t follow through. Therefore, if you started settings goals for the next quarter, or the next year-chances are, you’re already falling short on your expectations.

Guess what? It’s not you. This is brain science. Let’s think about this for a minute. It isn’t because you didn’t try hard enough, or because you set “unrealistic goals”, or even because you didn’t set aside enough time. None of these are the real reasons why people don’t get what they want from goal setting. What is the problem? The issue is that majority of people have old programming that keeps running in the background. No matter how many goals you set…or how many dreams you have…that old programming will keep preventing you from becoming who you truly want to be.

What should we do? We have to makes changes. Healthy people do healthy things without even thinking about it. And joyful people do joyful things without thinking about it. Goal setting doesn’t give you that. Your identity and your core do (this is something that you can actually CHANGE). People say, “I want to make changes and I want to do things differently”. But they can’t get the results they want because they are stuck (this is an ongoing challenge for people). If you struggle with feeling stuck-by procrastination, worry, self-criticism, bad habits, and lack of motivation-I can provide you with a new method that can help you solve the root of the problem of being stuck. Once you learn this technique, you’ll be unstoppable.
