3 days of games, 3 hours of Sunday rain delays that eventually washed out our semi-final and the championship, but Comets 14U Black came home as co-runners-up for the Duel on the Diamond tournament in Hershey, PA!

Black Friday is here! Is your 14U pitcher shopping for an opportunity to grow her skills and compete?

Ashburn Comets 14U Black is looking to add a pitcher going into winter workouts, and for the spring and summer! We have a fantastic group of young ladies who played strong, smart softball throughout fall with an increasing amount of success. We'll be playing a 14B schedule, mixing in 16U competition to prepare for our move up next fall.

We play a 14B schedule and are looking to add 2008 players to our fantastic group of young ladies who have come together and enjoyed a growing amount of success throughout the fall.

Congrats to Comets 14U-Black on their run to the semifinals at this weekend's USSSA Halloween Bash! They walked off the top seed in their pool last night at 7:30 after being at the field for over 10 hours, then made a run to the semi's today and gave one of the top "B" teams in PA all they could handle in a well played 7-5 loss. They turned an 8-1 deficit into a thrilling 9-8 win against another pool's top seed to reach that semifinal game.

Great job ladies! And Happy Halloween from the Comets!

Ashburn Comets 10U is looking for a few more 2012 and 2013 players to round out its roster. This is a developmental travel team that will play at the C Level, and participate in local tournaments and double headers this fall.

The team will host an open practice on Monday, August 22 from 5:30-7:30pm at Broad Run High School. Come meet the coach and players!

Congrats to the 12U Comets for winning the Silver Bracket in the Softballnation Girls Firecracker Mayhem Saturday, July 2. Despite the heat, the rain held off for the girls to go 4-1. Special thank you to our guest players Lily, Alex and Scarlett. This tournament wrapped up tournaments for these girls, they will continue to play the next few weeks in 14U doubleheaders to prepare for next year. We can’t thank our coaching staff enough for a great tournament season.

This weekend 12U Comets competed in the Queen of Diamonds Tournament in Hagerstown, MD. They played against some amazing teams from VA, PA, DE, and MD. Comets made it to the semi finals taking third place in the Gold Bracket! Great job ladies.
