Last week, I filmed these enormous fish (some 400kg) hunting garfish and Atlantic saury. It was difficult to predict where the tuna would erupt from below, but every now and then a panicked baitfish would leap out of the water in an attempt to escape, often followed by the tuna.

Exceptional UK wildlife in full flow!

Schoolmaster snapper are unforgettable because they bring color, order, and real reef energy into one fish. Their body looks refined and controlled, but the moment they react to bait, you see the speed and intent immediately. What makes them special is the balance between clean beauty and sharp predator instinct.

The Sea bunny, scientifically called Jorunna parva, is a tiny species of sea slug found in the warm waters of the Indo-Pacific Ocean. Despite its cute appearance, it is a type of nudibranch, a group of soft-bodied marine mollusks. Its black “ears” are actually rhinophores used for smelling chemicals in the water. Sea bunnies feed on sponges and can absorb toxins, helping protect them from predators in the ocean.
