The new Perseus and Scorpeus paddles are finally here! I’ve been playing with these for about a week now and I’ve been having a whole lot of fun with them.

The Perseus cuts through the air like butter. I’m able to generate a lot of power on my drives and volleys while maintaining the ability to reset the ball in the kitchen and d**k strategically with control. I can see why has been able to find his way to the podium so easily with his new weapon.

The Scorpeus is a entirely different beast. If you love to play the soft game, play on the defensive side and reset the ball to the kitchen, this paddle is for you. I would also recommend this paddle to any beginner because the extra large sweet spot makes it more difficult to miss hit the ball. It’s a paddle that you can play with at the 3.0 level and is able to win PPA gold with it.

I will be recommending the 16mm Scorpeus to any and all beginners willing to spend for a high-quality paddle. I love playing with it in a doubles setting.
pb’s signature 14mm Scorpeus is perfect for anyone looking for the bigger sweet spot and just a little extra juice off the paddle face. Don’t think you’re going to be trading away that much control for the extra pop. It’s a killer combination.

If you’re someone that loves to play singles or someone who loves to put a lot of power on your serves, I would recommend the Perseus over the Scorpeus.

Chef John wasn’t kidding. The Tartufato panini was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.
us is my quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in Asbury Park. Everything I’ve tried so far has been nothing less than exceptional.

I’ve had the steak, cavatelli, desserts, savory croissants, and now their sandwiches.

Next up is their breakfast / brunch menu and from what I’ve heard, their French Toast is no joke!
