Triple Bypass 2022, done and dusted. Made the best of what turned out to be less than ideal conditions. Way less than ideal. If keeps having this ride in August, I won’t be riding TBP again. This is easily doable self supported when it’s warmer.

This bike fitter’s journey, 12 years in the making, from the tail end of trauma (45ft fall) combined with opioid pain killer use/addiction (before it was known as an epidemic), depression, economic devastation, and a long climb back up.
