It’s almost Turkey Trot time! 🦃 Join us on November 15th for the Leyden Rock Turkey Trot 5K & free kids’ run — fun for the whole family & a great way to kick off the holiday season.
We’ll also be collecting canned food & cash donations to support Community Table, our local food pantry. Let’s make a difference together while having a great time out on the course!
We’re looking for a few volunteers to help with setup, course support, & cheering on runners — sign up through the link on the flier & help make this event even better!

Part of my recovery routine includes bi-monthly trips to my chiropractor, foam rolling, stretching, & hot & cold therapy to help keep my body moving. As we age our approach to recovery changes & I have seen great benefits to adding in chiropractic care to my new aches & pains as I approach 40 soon.

days 7, 8, & 9 involved breaking in new Nike racing flats with an upper-Tempo jog, running outside after several rainy days with one hill nearly a mile in length & 320’ elevation gain, & then a little heat training on the Tread.

Day 3

Neighborhood group rides today. Jason & I rode to North Table Mtn & did a quick loop up it before heading back. Over 21 miles & 2000’ of climbing with beautiful weather! The road crew did about 40 miles.

Day 2 of   was a super fun ride at White Ranch! That is, after some much overdue maintenance and cleaning of the bike.
