First kids Muay Thai kickboxing class was a success. Starting a new skill can be intimidating but everyone had a blast and learned a lot. We look forward to growing this program. The class is on Tuesdays at 4pm for ages 7+. As the program grows we will add additional classes. Schedule a free trial anytime on our website.

Welcome back Heartland Families. We are excited to see everyone getting back in the mats with school starting back up.

We will have a booth at the Heartland back to school park day on Tuesday Aug 11 from 11am-1pm. heritage square park, arroyo grande. You are welcome to stop by and meet the owners/instructors and get any questions answered.

We are adding kid's Muay Thai kickboxing to our Arroyo Grande schedule starting on August 4th. The class is for ages 7+

Everyone is welcome to try it out for free. New members that would like to join can sign up for membership at the gym or on our website.

Existing members that would like to upgrade please contact us at the gym or via email.

As the program grows we will look into adding additional class times.
