💫“The Letting Go Journey" 💫
You will be guided through a 72 minute breathwork journey that is deep. It is a somatic release for anyone who is ready to stop carrying heavy stories that no longer serve them, including any resentment, regret or painful experiences. Maybe you have been stuck in a cycle of self judgement, this is where we turn those thoughts into ashes and create space for forgiveness, resilence and radical self-acceptance. We will dissolve emotional baggage that we tend to hold onto for way too long.
