I’ll come to your practice and run a fun, high-energy clinic designed specifically around what YOUR team needs to work on! 🏐🔥 Whether your team needs to sharpen their skills, prepare for a season, or just wants some extra training — I’d love to work with them!

Small adjustment. BIG difference. 🏐🔥

She came in with a bad habit in her arm swing and we joke that her quarter turn in her approach was giving $.50 😂 It was limiting her power, consistency, and overall attack.

We broke it down, corrected the movement, and put in the reps. That’s an athlete! Taking correction and APPLYING IT!! So proud of you Charlie!!👏🏼👏🏼

Yesterday I brought back my small group clinics and they were so much fun! I had many returners and a couple new faces!!🏐⚡️🙌🏼

This is why I love coaching. 🥹🏐

At the AOC Coaches Clinic, Ben Josephson taught us to tell our athletes to “hold your nachos” when getting into a defensive position. So when I did a clinic with these 3rd & 4th graders, we practiced holding our nachos during serve receive!

A mom sent me this picture from their game… and LOOK AT THEM! 😂🙌🏼 They were listening! All down and ready holding their nachos! 🥣🏐

It’s the little things that stick with them. I absolutely love seeing them take what they learn in a clinic and carry it onto the court! 💙

Round 1 of getting to watch my club girls play for their school team! All of Canton‘s JH teams looked good tonight!

Mak did great playing defense and Tori earned her team many points with her serves!💚🦅
