Circuit Charge DC FREE community workout classes in Arlington. Quick, intense classes to kick your butt while boosting Local workout class for ALL levels of fitness. LET'S CHARGE!

During the month of October, classes will meet MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS at 6:30pm at Rocky Run Park (a few blocks from the Courthouse Metro). Schedule will be updated periodically with any changes. Bring a yoga mat, water and a small towel. If you are looking to start your fitness journey or if you are a fan of quick, intense and effective HIIT style workouts, come join us!
