LavaBarre At Lava Barre we don’t just strengthen your core, we are a Corps. We move as one supporting each other – lifting, lengthening and living Lava Barre!

At Lava Barre we challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. Our classes will make you sweat and keep you motivated by combining ballet-barre, pilates, cardio and strength training. You will never be bored in our our ever-evolving, music-driven classes. Our classes isolate, lift, tone and lengthen your muscles from the point of your toes to the tips of your fingers. Increase strength and flexibility in our fun, challenging classes.

We first shared our LavaCode with you on August 17th, 2012. We are sharing it with you again because over 8 years later, we hold each of these truths dear to our hearts.

On March 17th 2020, we were forced to shut the doors to LavaBarre due to the pandemic and we reopened them to you with reduced capacity and increased precautions on Friday, June 26th.

Unfortunately we must again take a step back from in studio classes.

Please DM if you are interested in taking in person barre or zoom classes during this closure.
