Friday Morning Water Polo returns, June 23, 2017!

Friday Morning Water Polo is hosted by the Lake Ridge Lancers Swim Team and managed by Lake Ridge Water Polo. All Friday Morning Water polo events are free and open to any registered PWSL swimmer, ages 13 & older. Each event consists of an AM briefing & rules review, warm-up, and multiple water polo games.

With the addition of the new pool, we'll be looking to build some water polo offerings through the off-season! Currently, we're searching for adults interested in taking part in a masters program, or weekly drop-in practice/scrimmage. Couple of water polo opportunities happening this week! First, take short trip up I-95 to the Wakefield Aqautics Center (Arlington, VA) for Wednesday Night Drop-in. Games begin at 8:30 PM, cost is $6.00/player. Then, Friday brings a special post-season Friday Morning Water Polo event, at the Lake Ridge Swim Club. Warm-up at 7:30 AM, games at 7:40 AM.
