Just wanted to give a shout out to those that have tried to inflict their doubt. Please understand that criticism is truly about yourself and not the subject of your negativity but hey, motivation is motivation and I’ll be sure and waive to you as you watch from the sidelines. I got to gym a lil early was feeling extra cute in my sports top so decided to get a quick selfie!!! But 20’ into the workout I was drenched in sweat and just couldn’t fire muscles right n EVERYTHING SORE LOL!!! I hate that!!! Just 2 exercises took me OUT!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.

We have good workout days and we have some sucky ones... and today I SUCKED!!! BUT I PUSHED THRU n FINISHED!! Plus I still have another workout tonight... lol! I’ll do better!!! 🤪💪

I’ve never been a fan of the infamous caffeine crash, and luckily for me utilizes NATURAL caffeine which enters your system in a more steady manner allowing for mental CLARITY, ENERGY & FOCUS for a LONGER period of time! 🙌🏻

Natural caffeine also minimizes the likelihood of getting a sense of nervousness and difficulty sleeping! 🙌🏻💤💤

Your body is your TEMPLE so WORSHIP it with ! 😉🙌🏻🔥
