Hey everyone this week, we’re diving into a powerful takedown and pairing it seamlessly with the Headquarters Passing system we covered last week.

To hit this successfully, focus on two key details:
1️⃣ Load the weight: Pull their head down to force their weight into the foot you want to pick.
2️⃣ Create the angle: Turn your shoulders perpendicular to their chest so your kneecap drives into the side of their knee, buckling their leg with heavy pressure.

From there, we transition straight into the pass!

So proud of Jett Thompson who made his UFC BJJ debut last night! He had an amazing match dominating his opponent & was able to finish with an aoki lock!!
