My monthly progress report 💪🏽
Went up 5.1 lbs of skeletal muscle mass
Went down 3.1 %of body fat
Lost 6 pounds of body fat mass
All with no crazy diet !
Not once did I stop eating my favorite foods lol 😂
(No steroids , sarms, prohormones)
Just consistency in your nutrition and gym
Let’s get it!❤️💪🏽
