College Park Center, which opened in February of 2012, represents a dream come true for a generation of alumni, faculty, staff, and community members. And for the next generation of students, it offers a vision of great things to come. Located deep in the heart of downtown Arlington, its location was strategically chosen to help lure both the Arlington community and the nearly 33,000 UT Arlington

college students to the revitalized downtown area. College Park Center is home to the WNBA Dallas Wings and the University's men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball teams, and to numerous high-profile events and entertainment, conferences, and community activities.

Please join us in welcoming Gervie Stone as the new Operations Manager for College Park Center and Texas Hall at UT Arlington

Stone comes to us with a wealth of experience in event operations and university athletics. Most recently, he served as Game Day Operations Coordinator at Texas Woman's University, where he led the planning and ex*****on of collegiate athletic events. He also worked as a Game Day Operations Intern at Lamar University.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Recreation Management from East Texas A&M University (formerly A&M Commerce,) where he began his journey in event operations as a student worker for the Athletics department. He graduated with a master’s degree with a concentration in Athletic Administration from East Texas A&M University in 2025
