Graviton Fitness We offer coach-guided functional fitness experiences that are efficient, enjoyable, and effective.

Graviton offers a general group strength and conditioning program that is focused on helping you build foundational strength and cardiovascular endurance, and develop really quality movement patterns. Our goal is to help you use fitness training to improve your daily functions in life and promote health and longevity. If you’re looking to achieve vitality, then you do not need intense efforts for

years on end or to try and express your maximal physical potential every time you step into the gym. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.

Meet Sue S., a data scientist, mom of two, and a cornerstone of the Graviton community since 2021!
To balance a big career and a busy family, Sue tackles our 5:45 AM class so she can take care of her health and still get her kids off to school. It’s one of her favorite parts of the day because it puts everything else into perspective.

Over the last 5 years, Sue has built serious strength—including an unforgettable milestone: hitting her first-ever pull-up! Her secret? Realizing that to grow, you have to step outside your comfort zone and do the work even when you don’t feel like it. As Sue says, “I’ve gotten stronger and I keep coming back for more.”

Meet Melissa M., a Graviton member since July 2023 and our very first 400lb hip thrust legend. For Melissa, training is all about longevity—building the kind of endurance that lets her ride her horse, hike circles around her friends, and dance through 3-day music festivals without breaking a sweat. 💃✨

Melissa’s biggest secret to success? Just getting through the door. As she says, “The hardest part is starting... once you’re here and surrounded by friends, the hour flies by.”

Fitness is better with a team in your corner. 💪Last Saturday, we stepped outside our regular routine for the Graviton Partner Challenge—a day focused on community, collaboration, and a lot of functional fitness work.

From the “Fire Breathin’” competitive heats to the “Reasonably Spicy” non-competitive tracks, our members rose to the occasion with courage and determination. It wasn't just about the workout; it was about building the friendships and confidence that make us life-long athletes.

Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up to sweat, laugh, and prove that you don't have to tackle your health journey alone.

That’s how we find confidence, in and out of the gym.
