Three Phase Training with

Holden came to me and wanted to take his physique to the next level. Wanted to gain a much muscle as possible with staying fairly lean. So we began the phases, adding more meals and dialing in on his nutrition. Once he hit his goals weight we began the cutting phase, which is the hardest part. It takes time energy and effort but as you can see if you stick to the plan the Goals are obtainable, anything is possible if you stick to the plan 🙏🏿🔥

One class three days a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5am, only $150 a month. This is a large group camp class structure, 10 people max.

This isn’t personal training, lots of moving, stations, and timed rotating stations.
