true life — i haven’t posted on instagram in 19 days and it felt AMAZING 🙌🏻
over the past couple of weeks, i had a pretty bad sinus infection that i got from gray . to be honest, this pregnancy has been a totally different ball game than the first…
🤒 2 colds this time, zero with gray
🏋🏻♀️ working out 3x/wk this time, 4-6 with gray
😴 extreme fatigue 2nd trimester this time, tons of energy with gray
➕the list goes on!
as much as i don’t want to compare the two journey’s, especially since they are both boys, i can’t help it! anyone else feel me?
over the past few weeks, i have been prioritizing my health more than ever. i personally avoid medication unless absolutely necessary (epidural after 46 hours of natural labor was the only time with gray🥴) so here are some ways i naturally support my health:
💤 7-9 hours of total sleep per night (even if that means going to bed at 830/9 or skipping a morning workout)
🧘🏻♀️ daily movement: walking, stretching, peloton & strength training are my go-to’s
⚖️ balanced diet: whole grains, veggies, fruits,
💊 daily supplementation: prenatal, probiotic, fish oil, magnesium, collagen, reds & greens (post workout only on training days)
💦 100oz + of water DAILY!
🌱 essential oils: these have been life changing for me as an all-natural substitute for stomach pains, headaches, sinus pain, back pain, dry skin, sleep, etc. 10/10 recommend!
👩⚕️ chiropractor: biweekly adjustments and muscle work has been a part of my life for 8 years now, positively transforming my nervous system for the better! 🙏🏻
