From Tiny Kids Self-Defense (ages 3-5) to youth & adult classes, and women's self-defense classes, LSIT has a class that fits you. Taekwondo offers many benefits including self-control, self-defense (never offense), positive self-esteem and confidence, respect for one's self and others

It’s been a long and tumultuous road but he did it. And looked great doing it on his belt test this past weekend.
