Can you believe we’re already heading into September? 🍁 With fall just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to enjoy cooler mornings, crisp evenings, and some beautiful miles together!

📅 Our new Wednesday and Sunday schedule is officially out! Be sure to check it out and mark your calendars—we’ve got some fun routes and adventures planned for the season ahead!

💪 Zimmerman Hill Climb

Ready for a challenge? Join us as we tackle the Zimmerman stairs! Whether you power up every step or take it at your own pace, it’s a great workout and even better with friends cheering you on.

📍 Legion Park
🚶‍♀️☕ Coffee Crawl

Sunday is all about enjoying the journey! We’ll start from Legion Park, get some miles in, and make our way to grab coffee together. Good conversation, great company, and coffee—what better way to spend a Sunday morning?

As always, runners and walkers of all paces are welcome. Whether you’re training for a race, getting back into a routine, or just looking for a supportive community, we’d love to have you join us.

Rain or shine, ARC keeps showing up! 🌧️💙

A big kudos to everyone who braved the rain on Sunday and still got those miles in! It definitely takes a little extra motivation to head out the door when the PNW weather is doing its thing, but good company always makes those rainy miles better. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌧️

And this week, we have a favorite on the schedule… 🌮🎉

🌮 WEDNESDAY — TACO TRUCK RUN! 🌮
⏰ 6:00 PM

Come get in some midweek miles and then stick around afterward for tacos and socializing! Running + tacos + ARC friends is a pretty hard combination to beat. 🌮🏃‍♀️💙

🌲 SUNDAY — 7:15 AM
📍 Nakashima Barn
We’ll head out for some Sunday morning miles on the Centennial Trail!

As always, runners and walkers of all paces are welcome. Come for the miles, stay for the community (and this Wednesday, definitely stay for the tacos 😉🌮).

Another great week for ARC! 💙

🎉 2 YEARS OF WEEKLY GROUP MEET-UPS🎉

Last Wednesday we celebrated our 2-year anniversary with some miles followed by a social at In the Shadows Brewing! 🍻🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It was such a fun evening and a great reminder of what makes this group so special. Over the past two years, ARC has become so much more than just meeting up for a run or walk each week. It’s pretty amazing to have built such a supportive community that shows up for each other — whether it’s for weekly miles, races, new adventures, or simply cheering each other on. 💙

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of ARC over these past two years. Here’s to many more miles, memories, and adventures together! 🥳

What a fun weekend for ARC! 💙

🫐 Saturday: We had runners out at the Farmland 5K — nothing like some local miles through the blueberry fields!

🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ We also had ARC representation at the Vancouver Girlfriends Triathlon! Way to get out there and take on all three disciplines! 💪

☀️ Sunday: The crew switched things up on the Centennial Trail and headed in a new direction, with a stop at Lake Cassidy along the way. Always fun to explore a different stretch of one of our favorite local trails!

We’ll see you all tomorrow at the Arlington Runners Club Farmland 5k!

Packet pickup opens 8am (this is a quaint little run, so no need to arrive super early!!) and the coffee cabana will be open!

1 mile kids run kicks off at 8:45 - join us to cheer the little ones on!

Farmland 5k kicks off around 9! This year, rather than any pavement, the course will be 2 beautiful farm-filled loops!

Plan to stay after and pick blueberries with your family and support one of the many amazing farms here in our valley! 🫐
