Our facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub & sauna. Independent workout areas feature Precor strength and cardio equipment and we have extensive free weights. Also available are swimming lessons, physical therapy w/partnering clinics and a playroom. We have established many long-term relationships in our community with partnering businesses to offer the best in health & wellness in the greater Arlington-Smokey Point area.

Join Lisa for Women & Weights, a welcoming small group training session focused on building strength, improving confidence, and learning how to lift safely and effectively—no matter your experience level.

This strength and agility program is designed to help athletes improve performance, build confidence, and prepare for their upcoming season in a motivating, sport-focused environment.

Next Level Athletics is a sport-focused strength and agility program designed to help athletes build confidence, improve performance, and gain a competitive edge. Whether you're preparing for your season, staying sharp in the offseason, or looking to become a stronger, faster athlete, this program is built for you.

🔥 Led by Joe Herrera, an experienced performance coach with backgrounds in football, wrestling, fighting, jiu-jitsu, and kickboxing. Joe brings a high-energy coaching style focused on discipline, hard work, and helping athletes reach their potential.
