After several heavy sets of rack pulls to multiple sets of various rows and pull-downs we finished with low cable drop sets. I did these a little different than normal not really stretching, but squeezing the shoulder blades together which really made me feel it in the middle and upper parts of my back. And yes I know I’m cheating that’s how I do it.💪

PLEASE READ BELOW👇

I woke up to a flood of emails attacking my character over a situation at one of our licensed locations. Let me be ABSOLUTELY clear! I am completely against racism, white supremacy, or any hate groups. The Metroflex brand is built on Christian principles, charity, and open doors for everyone regardless of race, religion, or origin.

I immediately confronted the owner. He has issued a sincere apology for ignorantly wearing a shirt with a symbol unaware of its hateful alternative meanings. As someone of Asian descent, he has made it clear he does not align with white supremacy.
While it was a severe mistake, the future is what matters. Metroflex has always been a sanctuary from the chaos of the outside world. If this location fails to uphold that standard moving forward, we will take immediate steps to remove our brand.
