π THURSDAY THOUGHTS π
Let's get real for a moment.
Mental health is hard.
Not because we're weak. Not because we're broken. Not because we're doing something wrong.
It's hard because life is hard.
As we get older, many of us get really good at saying, "I'm fine."
We're fine when we're grieving. We're fine when we're overwhelmed. We're fine when we're anxious. We're fine when we're exhausted. We're fine when we're carrying responsibilities that nobody else sees.
But are we really?
The truth is that mental health looks different for everyone.
For some, it's anxiety. For some, it's depression. For some, it's grief. For some, it's trauma. For some, it's simply feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck.
And sometimes you don't need someone to "fix" you.
Sometimes, you just need a safe place to talk.
A place where you can be honest. A place where you can say the things you've been carrying around in your head. A place where you don't have to pretend everything is okay.
That's why I offer one-on-one consultations.
For 60 minutes, we sit down together and have a real conversation.
No judgment. No pretending. No pressure.
Just an opportunity to talk through what's going on and begin identifying what might be keeping you stuck.
Maybe you're grieving a loss. Maybe you're navigating a major life change. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by everyone, depending on you. Maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten how to take care of yourself.
I understand.
As the oldest of five siblings, I've often felt the weight of being the strong one. After losing my mom, there were moments when it felt like everyone was looking to me to have the answers while I was trying to navigate my own grief.
Life doesn't stop when we're hurting.
But that doesn't mean we have to carry it alone.
π 60-Minute Consultation π Only $37 π A safe, supportive, judgment-free conversation.
If you've been telling yourself you're "fine" for a while now, maybe it's time to check in with yourself and ask if that's really true.
