“When I started at Sweat Fixx, I was coming off a long break from going to the gym due to covid and my cross-country move. I felt like I had lost a lot of progress from when I was working out regularly. Since I joined Sweat Fixx I’ve lost almost 50 pounds, and I feel like I’m in the best all around shape of my life.”

We are thrilled to announced this month’s member of the month from Beverly… Mike Blaisdell! Mike is just the type of guy you want to have in class and in your community. He shows up to every class and always is the hardest worker in the room, constantly shooting for lower split times and picking up heavier weights. (we had to order more heavy weights in Beverly because of this guy! lol) He also is the first person to partner with new clients and show them what Sweat Fixx is all about. He brings a competitive energy to the room but at the same time couldn’t be more supportive to other clients around him. We could go on for days about how much we love this guy. It's September which means it's time for Sweat Fixx's 4th Annual fundraiser for pancreatic cancer. If you are newer to Sweat Fixx you may not know that this event/ cause is very near to our hearts since our founder, Elise, lost her mom to pancreatic cancer 4 years ago. We hope that you can join us in raising funds for such an important cause.

There will be two opportunities for you to help us raise money for the Lustgarten Foundation. Elise will be teaching in both Arlington and Wakefield AND bringing back one of our OG fun and competitive classes - Battle Fixx! Battle fixx is a combination of strength & rowing and open to all levels.

Thursday Sept. 15th at 530AM in Arlington
Sunday Sept. 18th at 830AM in Wakefield

*Classes will be free to sign up and donations can be in cash in person or sent via Venmo to danielle-mckenzie-9

Join us in either (or both!) of our Karma Fixx classes during Pride Month as we raise money for the Trevor Project! These classes will be free on the schedule and we welcome your donation of any amount via Venmo (@ Jill-Currier) or by cash in studio.

While Pride Month is a time of celebration for so many, it was started to honor the 1969 Stonewall Riots, and it is with that seriousness that we hope you join us in choosing to support the Trevor Project. is the world’s largest su***de prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ (le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, q***r, and questioning) young people. At a time where the rights of LGBTQ people are under attack across the country, we want to support the young people most affected.

Please join us live or virtually as we celebrate our LGBTQ community, neighbors, and loved ones, as we honor those who have paved the way for progress, and support the next generation. Donations are welcome whether you are able to attend or not! Donations will be accepted in studio and on Venmo through June 30th. We look forward to posting our community's collective donation!
