Liz Owen, E-RYT500 is an inspired and passionate yoga teacher and co-author of THE YOGA EFFECT: A Proven Program for Depression and Anxiety (Hachette, 2019) and Yoga for a Healthy Lower Back, Shambhala Publications. She combines physical alignment, meditative flow, and the cultivation of a joyful heart to create an innovative and transformative class experience. She has taught since 1990 and is kn

own for her light-hearted teaching style as well as for the depth of her knowledge. She teaches classes and workshops throughout New England and is on the faculty of Wellesley College.
