At USTA Martial Arts-Smokey Point, We are interested not only in self defense
skills, but also in the complete personal development of each student. Individual attention and individual growth for your own personal ability is a feature of each and every class, allowing you to progress quickly and easily toward your personal goals. USTA has great programs for everyone! We offer Adult classes, Famil

y classes, Child classes and even Little Tiger classes for ages 4-6yrs. Our Instructors take their responsibilities of teaching martial arts to everyone very seriously. Especially to all of our younger students as role models, teaching them the importance of having strong character,
leadership and good moral values. Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit are our focus to teach to all of our younger students. Come join our family!

Life is busy. Your training doesn't have to be.

We're on the mat Monday through Thursday at USTA Smokey Point, and the schedule is built to flex around your family — not the other way around. Miss a Tuesday? Come Thursday. That's the whole rule.

There's a class for every age and stage:
🐯 Little Tigers (4–6) — 30 minutes of listening, focus, and a whole lot of energy
🥋 Children's Class (6–12) — confidence that shows up at school, not just on the mat
💪 Teen & Adult (11 & up) — get in shape and learn something real
👨‍👩‍👧 Family Class — train together, test together, grow together
🧘 P.A.C.E. (35 & up) — built for grown bodies, moving at your pace

Fridays and Sundays we save for the good stuff — women's self-defense, birthday parties, game nights, tournaments, and belt ceremonies.

Ages 4 to 100. Every belt rank. Your first class is free.
