Looking to fire up your glutes? Adding a weight while performing frog pumps on a BOSU increases the challenge by combining resistance with instability, helping improve glute activation, core engagement, and hip strength.

✨ Trainer Tip: Focus on driving through your heels, squeezing your glutes at the top, and controlling the movement on the way down. Quality reps always beat rushing through them!
