The scale is LYING to you ā¬
Well maybe not completely,
But it definitely doesn't tell you the full story.
So here's the deal.
Losing weight means you are losing pounds (obviously).
But it doesn't account for the other factors of your life.
If you are on a resistance training/lifting program...
..you could be losing weight but building muscle at the same time. (Yes that's possible if done correctly)
Because of that, the number on the scale might not go down as much as you think.
However your clothes might be fitting better, you're losing inches off of your waist, and your confidence is skyrocketing.
Yes, losing weight is a good metric to track, however it's not the only one to track.
Your success is determined by your overall quality of life, not by a number on the scale.
If you want to lose inches, have your clothes fit better, and gain a newfound confidence WITHOUT: ā¬
