I used to think being “healthy” meant I had to stop enjoying my life a little.

Now I’m more interested in:
💪🏼 getting stronger
😴sleeping enough
🍗 eating more protein
👯‍♂️ spending time with people I like

and having the margarita sometimes 🍹

This means I can help women train safely and effectively through pregnancy, post-partum recovery, and the transitions that come with both

I’m here to show that:
Pregnancy doesn’t mean you stop being strong

Strength isn’t just what we lift — it’s how we take care of ourselves. 💪

This bandage isn’t from training… it’s from getting my final HPV vaccine.

As a male coach working primarily with women, I spend every day helping clients build stronger bodies, more confidence, and long-term health. And part of that responsibility is also modeling conversations around prevention and protection.

HPV is extremely common and linked to several cancers that disproportionately affect women. Health isn’t only about workouts and nutrition — it’s also about informed decisions that protect your future.

Strength means showing up for your health, too.
