Ted taught an excellent class on koshinage today. Mixed group of black belts and lower kyus. Ted built it slowly. By the end, every white belt had a koshinage break fall or two on their resumes!!

This Thursday, April 23, there is a conflicting event at Arlington Fitness: class will still happen!! Bring a jo if you have one (we have spares). We will meet at the outdoor amphitheatre in Arlington, AKA The Crossing. No need for a gi but dress to move. It's Weapons Wthursday!

Bob Sweeney taught a class yesterday on Bokken Dori; he did a great job hitting core principles and working with a mixed class of new and experienced students.
