-Matches are the 4th Sunday. RO walk through at 9:15am.

Hosting a 4 stage match with a variety of targets: paper, falling steel, spinning steel, flying clays and more! 3 to 100 yards! *Safety check REQUIRED for new multigun shooters. Setup is the day before starting around 9am.

-Plan for 4 stages. Round count announced after match setup is complete the day before the match. (minimum is normally in the ballpark of 50 pistol, 50 rifle, 50 birdshot (and sometimes a couple slugs)


Safety Check Overview: What you'll need to know to compete at your first official multigun match. The emphasis will be on safe gun handling throughout a multigun match. Culminating in a demonstration of your ability to safely do so... Safety checks must be scheduled in advance and are generally done during match setup. Please bring all your gear including eye/ear protection and ammo. We recommend bringing minimum 50 each (pistol, rifle, shotgun ammo). You won't shoot it all but it beats running out. Basic Multigun Gear:
A solid belt with a secure holster completely covering the trigger guard (you should be able to run and do up/downs while it’s secure). Pistol (9mm is most common), Holster, 2-3 mags and holders. Rifle (223 is most common), 2-3 mags and at least one holder. Shotgun (12 gauge is most common), Shotshell Holders. Current Divisions:
-Open
-Tac
-2 Gun
-Limited
-Modified
-3x4 (our outlaw version of 2x4. You are allowed to swap your PCC for another platform on a per stage basis. Warning -> there may be birdshot ONLY targets that you are still required to use your shotgun for...)
-Open22/Tac22 (due to the current ammo 'climate' we are running some experimental 22LR divisions: Open22, Tac22. The idea being the shooter will replace pistol and/or rifle with 22LR caliber guns that meet current division requirements.) Please contact us with any additional questions.

We’re looking at a slight restructure of our divisons. Mostly just trying to simplify things. Economy replaces the .22 division variants to allow more freedom to use budget calibers. Gun configuration may be changed stage to stage. For example: you could use a 22LR or 9mm or 223 "rifle"

Marysville Rifle Club has decided to move to SAME DAY SETUP for USPSA and Multigun matches. We will start setup at 8am Sunday. If you’re shooting we expect you to arrive at 8 and be an active participant in setup. We know there will be a learning curve. Please bear with us. More info to come.

Effective January 1, 2024, all Washington citizens are required to take a safety training class to purchase or transfer any firearm under House Bill 1143. The requirements are similar to the I-1639 training requirement, with a few additional topics. We have offered a free course since July 2019 and have updated that FREE course to meet the requirements of both laws.

The video at the beginning of the class will answer most of the questions.

The class is presented by the Washington Civil Rights Association and instructed by Sporting Systems and their NRA certified instructor.

What to do:

3. Save or Print Certificate
4. Present Certificate to your FFL at time of purchase
5. Valid for 5 years

The 2023 Marysville Team Challenge is in the books. With the club matching it looks like we raised $5,080 for the Washington Civil Rights Association! I’m working with our treasurer to get the donation made.

I want to send another HUGE thank you to the crew that helped me. Stage review, club meetings, stage setup, ROs, cleanup, and of course the people the “just” shot. Thank you. The community is the best part of the sport.
