Parents, take the night off! Our next Kids' Night Out is Saturday, September 19 from 5:30–9:30 PM, and this one is all about NERF!

We're turning HGG into one big battlefield with target practice, team missions, obstacle courses, base building, and multiple EPIC NERF battles throughout the night. Kids can bring their own favorite blaster or use ours!

Back to school means new grades, new classmates, and new friendships—which makes September the perfect time for Buddy Month at HGG Arlington Heights!

Week 1 was an epic start. 🔥

Kids worked side-by-side through Buddy Challenges, tackled blindfold missions built around trust and communication, and yes… the ZIPLINES were up! ⚡

Buddy Month is about more than having fun with a friend. We’re working on communication, trust, accountability, teamwork, and making connections—skills that matter at school, on teams, and in life.

What a night with an awesome group of kiddos!

We packed A LOT into four hours:

⚡ Obstacle Courses & Ziplines
💦 Gravity-Fed Pipeline Mission — building with PVC to move water from bucket to bucket
🚚 Truck Push Mission — with the fastest team flying through the course in just 19 seconds!
🏆 HGG Games
🥤 And of course... ICEE TIME!

The kids worked together, solved problems, challenged themselves, and had a whole lot of fun along the way.

Four hours of adventure for them... and four hours for the parents. 😉

What a way to finish an incredible summer at Hot Ground Gym Arlington Heights!

For our final day, we packed in as much fun as possible:

The kids competed, worked together, laughed, and enjoyed every last minute with the friends they've made this summer.

It's always bittersweet when that final day arrives. We've watched friendships form, confidence grow, and kids accomplish things they weren't sure they could do.

To every family who trusted us with your kiddos this summer—thank you. ❤️ We truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of their summer memories.
