Summer Sports Performance Training for athletes of ALL skill level. Developing techniques to give them a critical advantage to dominate and excel in their given sport. This 4 week sports performance training is designed to improve and enhance athletic ability. Focusing on:

Acceleration
Quickness & Agility
Speed & Strength
Proper movement & Mechanics
Vision & Awareness
Balance
Injury Prevention

When: June 11th-July 6th
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Where: The BallPark in Mount Prospect
604 W Central Rd, Mount Prospect, IL

Time: 12 pm- 1:15 pm

Ages: 8 and up

Cost: $480
1st child: full price
2nd child: 50% off
12 sessions/$40 per
