Wow, I have not posted here in a long time. I plan to rejuvenate this page in a couple of weeks, until then.

"Today I filmed my final Fit After 50 YouTube video from our current home and my little basement workout room/studio. I have to say, it was a little sad. We are not moving that far away but we have been in this suburb for 20 years. Antioch Il will be a lot different than Arlington Heights Il."

Working toward a stronger core should be your goal. Chasing six pack dreams on mostly diet related. Strengthen your core like you strengthen your legs, chest,back, etc. Work hard at it and build the stability required to perform all your other training safely and confidently.
