Chest day!! Everyone wants a big bench, so they can brag, but few know the keys to getting a big bench
1) move the bar in a straight line
- wasted movement puts more stress on the body, which makes it harder to add pounds
2) elbows tucked to side
- flaring the elbows will put more stress on your shoulders than your chest
3) tricep work important
- locking out the bench has been a problem for everyone before. Strengthening the triceps will help the lock out
4) squeeze upper back together
- helps you keep elbows tucked to side
5) use every muscle possible
- the more muscles you can use, the more weight you can lift
