Helping out in Dallas this weekend with StrongFirst KB instructor candidates. It’s hard work preparing for this 3 day very intense weekend. I have been doing this now for over a decade. I still get a little nervous to re test. You must have what it takes to wear the SFG badge of honor. In order to be a coach of the coaches you must still hold the standard. Not just a paper test and stamped off. Walk the walk. Talk the talk. Excited to help the next generation of KB coaches learn the ways of our people. Power to you.

Are you practicing your skill or working out? Either way this one is a keeper. Snatch/military press round about. This will focus on compound moves that allows us to work our shoulder stabilizers and development of a functional core. I’m working on grip strength and getting my press smooth. The kneeling position allows me to stack my rib cage over my pelvis and really invite everyone to this strength party.

Im using a 16kg (35lbs) but you can start with what you can control and build on.
