Love seeing these videos of my athletes!! It’s not about the score or the assist, it’s about the ex*****on. Can we execute on the things that we train on?
If not, how can I be better as a coach to help them.

Video 1 - reading the play, how can we support and execute on our finish. Driving through the ball and not up.

Video 2 - have our body in a position and gives us a opportunity. At the end line, turned her hips - placed the ball to give us a chance in the box, excellent support and finish by her teammate.

Starting October 3rd (Monday) - 7:15 PM - 8 PM

What is HITT FIT?
Speed/Agility, Conditioning, Core Workout

Who can join?
Middle School/High School age, any sport athlete

Cost?
$25/session

At the moment, I am taking 9 athletes per class.

What makes a player stand out? Your work ethic, commitment, knowledge, tenacity, wanting to be better everyday and passion for the game.

This athlete came home for the summer with a goal to be a better player. Recruited as an outside back transitioned to the holding mid over the year. Her commitment to strength/cardio train, technical training, mental training every day until it was time to head back to campus.

Happy Signing Day!

Athletes - another year of growth has lead you into the position you are in today! Growth comes from consistency of wanting to be better, your work ethic, willingness to improve every day.

As I look back at the year, I have seen a fair share of growth, struggle, excitement and confidence from you all. I truly enjoy when you open up and give me insight of how your soccer journey is going. The good, bad and the ugly know that I’m hear to listen and help. How can I guide you, help you improve, lead you, give you advice.

This year is different than last because you are truly a better player with more insight, knowledge and skill than last.

Personal Note:

I want to speak on how proud I am of the growth and development of the athletes that I’m training and coaching.

The progress the athletes and commitment the players made is what I am most proud of. The willing to work and enjoying it at the same time is such a great feeling to me and is why I love doing what I do. Players : Tryout season is upon us, I know excitement/anxiety/fear play a role. Do your best, play your game, be fearless BUT most of all ENJOY the game! Don’t forget why you play.

My team, Fever 05G, have definitely come along throughout the year with two groups merging as one and adding a few. They have definitely fought hard and worked hard to get where they are. Playing ECRL NTX, finishing 2nd in NPL and going to Nationals this coming July. Proud of them!

If you know any ‘05G that is looking for a new environment, truly cares about the growth of the player and ready to be challenged, please share! We have open practice and tryouts coming up!

First off, thank you everyone for a great year with each of you. I have seen so much growth, mini life moments, goals achieved and a desire to be better players! I cannot tell you how proud I am and grateful for our athletes. Thank you parents for trusting me and building your athlete!

Athletes thank you for allowing me to push you, teach you, helping build your game. I always look forward in seeing each of you week after week. As I look back, the growth off and on the field is what I most enjoy.

A few highlights from 2021:
- 791 hours of training
- opened HITT Soccer Facility
- 83 athletes trained
- 4 ODP athletes
- 13 clubs
- NCAA , ECNL, MLS Next, GA, ECRL, GCL, Classic, NPL, RPL, PPL, Recreational level athletes
- 3 College Commitments

Is your athlete off for the next couple of weeks or month from soccer? Join one of our small groups! Cost is $30/hr session.

Boys 9-11 years old: Monday 4:30 PM (Roanoke)
High School Club Girls: Monday 5:30 PM (Roanoke)

High School Club Girls: Thursday 6:30 PM (Argyle)

Girls 6-8 years old: Friday 4:30 PM (Roanoke)
Middle School Club Girls: Friday 5:30 PM (Roanoke)

If you are already attending or unable to attend, below are various drills I recommend during your time off. These drills can be completed approximately 10 minutes per video all with a ball, a few cones and a wall. The most important thing you can do for yourself is to stay active, whether you complete 1 or 4 a day, this will help you improve.
