Taking clients today to do a track workout. Going to the track is a great way to change things up and working your entire body. Some of my favorites to do are sprints, bear crawls, walking lunges, and frog jumps. If you want more exercises message me.

Great way to increase fat burn is to incorporate plyometric exercises into your daily routine. Add in jumping jacks, skiers, burpees, and high knees just to name a few.
