Dynamis Sports Performance Sports performance classes for both teams and individuals. Dynamis Sports Performance is founded by athletes, for athletes.

With 50+ years of combined playing and coaching experience between our experienced coaches, we know how to achieve results. DSP offers speed/agility and strength classes for teams and individuals, as well as one-on-one personal training. Our classes are ages 8+ and are guaranteed to improve strength and speed that will directly correlate to sport. We offer a free one hour assessment for any new me

mbers. This assessment will log some data for goal setting, assess biomechanics, and help the coaches to find any deficiencies or asymmetries in the athlete that can be worked on in future programming. What does progress look like? THIS.

Ups, downs, plateaus… take a step back and look at the big picture to see the changes.

What does it take to get better? CONSISTENCY.

Kace doesn’t have a data point just every few weeks. He consistently showed up multiple days a week with a good attitude and great work ethic and put in the work.

You’re going to hit PRs and feel amazing some days, you’re going to feel like crap on others and think what the heck am I doing here, and you’re going to have a ton of days that just felt “normal”. They’re all necessary for growth!!

Show up, trust the process, work hard, and have fun doing it. Do that and you’ll go places in this world just like this young man.

🔴Weekly Leaderboard⚫️

Last week we had two incoming high schoolers hit the second and third fastest recorded times at DSP🏆 These boys have been showing up and putting in more consistent work than anyone and it shows.

Take a look at Kace’s mph times increase this year. He went from fast to elite for his age all while going through a track season, improving skills/position work with other coaches, AND gaining weight and getting stronger in the gym. Speed can and will improve through anything as long as the training is consistent and time for recovery is allowed.

Keep a look out for both these boys.👀They’re going places.

Training outdoors in the Texas heat is no joke. The more we sweat, the more we need to focus on replenishing the electrolytes we lose during training.

Proper hydration and electrolyte supplementation should be maintained year round, but especially during summer!

We only had one session this week due to weather but the crew made the most of it and put in work.

Kace showing us that he’s a consistent 20mph+ runner, Sam stealing the top spot on max accel, and young Jake showing his improvement in deceleration.

Proper decel is paramount for every athlete, but especially for field sports.

Efficient deceleration not only makes an athlete quicker/faster/better, it’s going to drastically reduce the chance of injury, which is always goal #1 for our training.

Madi’s acceleration has gone up over 3mph/s since she started training at DSP two months ago. Hitting PRs while in soccer season too!
