I am falling more and more in love with our StrongHER classes!! These young ladies are really working hard and it’s showing! Each week they push a little harder and I couldn’t be more proud of each of them!! Way to go ladies!!! Y’all are doing an AWESOME job!

Our StrongHER classes are designed for young ladies 9 and up. The classes are a mix of strength training and cardio. This class is made up of an amazing group of young ladies! Please remember if you attend a combo class(bungee combo, trampoline/bungee, or bungee gym) there is an additional $5 fee. This fee is not paid when you reserve your spot online. It is to be paid the day of the class via cash or Venmo.
