BALLET WORKOUT
This class will present the foundations of dance technique through floor stretches, core strengthening, and standing "barre" exercises (using a chair), and out center work away from the barre, for balance and fluidity of movement.
Flexibility, strength, and balance...these are the keys to occupying and moving through space with awareness, grace, and poise...enabling you to move through life with ease and confidence.
This class will meet over Zoom on Tuesdays 5-6 PM $12/class
