I'm so excited to open registration for Breathe Again β€” a group I've wanted to bring to life for a while now. 🌿

At the She Showed Up Luncheon, I talked about something we all carry but rarely name out loud: the coat. πŸ§₯

The coat is made up of every negative word, label, and story we've picked up along the way β€” the ones we didn't even choose. "I'm anxious." "I'm depressed." "I'm not enough." "I'm not smart enough." Some of it we put on ourselves. Some of it was handed to us by someone else. Either way, we've been wearing it like it's ours to keep.

Here's the truth: a coat changes your posture, your look, your whole mindset. It weighs you down whether you notice it or not. But just like any coat β€” you can take it off. You are not required to wear a label that was never truly yours.

Ladies who were in the room β€” I want to hear from you. What's one word or label you're choosing to take off? Drop it in the comments. πŸ‘‡πŸΎ

And honestly... it's too hot to be wearing a coat anyway. β˜€οΈ

Your team just hit halftime too.

Are they burnt out or locked in?
If your organization is already bracing for the Q4 crunch, the mental health of your people isn't a January problem β€” it's a right-now problem.

Whatever culture and habits are in place for the next 6 months are what walk into year-end review season with your team.

Six months is enough runway to shift how your leaders handle pressure before next year's goals are even set.

Let's talk about bringing a workshop or executive coaching to your team this quarter. DM "TEAM."

✨ She Showed Up.

And she will never be the same.

Yesterday was more than an event. It was a divine assignment.

I am still in awe of what God did in that room. He chose each woman who walked through those doors β€” and He chose every person who was placed in that space to serve them. I am humbled and honored to have been one of His conduits.

We talked about what it truly means to celebrate yourself.

We talked about protecting your mood, your mind, and your peace.
We heard from women who have already done the work β€” women who are now showing up for themselves the way they have always shown up for everyone else.

And then we did something powerful.
We took off the coats. πŸ§₯
The coat of anxiety.
The coat of depression.
The coat of you are not worthy.
The coat of you are not valuable.

We gave those coats β€” and every broken piece β€” back to God. We wrote out our stressors, named the things weighing down our plates, and we broke them. We released them. And we looked to Him to show us who we are becoming.

We stood in front of mirrors and spoke truth over ourselves.
We declared that we will arrive. We will become who God said we are.

It will take work. For some of us, more time than others. But we are not stopping. We are not shrinking. We are showing up.

To every woman in that room yesterday β€” from wherever God carried you from β€” thank you. Thank you for trusting this space. Thank you for being brave enough to show up for yourself.

πŸ“Έ More photos and video coming soon as we receive them from our photographer.

Stay tuned!
And if you weren't there β€” watch this space healing me! is just getting started. πŸ‘‘

Juneteenth is more than a holiday.

It is a reminder that freedom delayed is still worth celebrating when it arrives.

I am grateful for the sacrifices, courage, faith, and perseverance of those who endured unimaginable challenges so future generations could dream bigger, achieve more, and walk in opportunities that once seemed impossible.

As a Black woman, business owner, counselor, and community advocate, I recognize that their resilience paved the way for my purpose.

Today I pause to honor our history, celebrate our progress, and recommit myself to helping others heal, grow, and thrive.

Happy Juneteenth.
