Sometimes the hardest part about exercise is walking through the door for the first time.
Starting something new can feel awkward and out of place. We have found that just starting is the most important step.
It doesn’t have to be perfect right now. It just has to be one step in the right direction.
Featured here are a few of our members who couldn’t do these things when they walked in the door on day one.
