Sometimes the hardest part about exercise is walking through the door for the first time.

Starting something new can feel awkward and out of place. We have found that just starting is the most important step.

It doesn’t have to be perfect right now. It just has to be one step in the right direction.

🔥 MEET COACH KELLI 🔥

Brains, barbells, and a whole lot of energy! 💪🧠

Coach Kelli recently earned her Doctorate in Sports Psychology and is passionate about helping athletes improve not only their physical performance, but their mental game as well. Whether it’s tackling a tough workout or building confidence under pressure, she’s all about helping people perform at their best.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll probably find her hanging out with her dog Torvi 🐶 (who makes regular appearances around the gym) or chasing new challenges with a barbell in hand.

Her secret ninja move? Muscle-ups. 😎

You can catch Coach Kelli leading classes almost every day of the week here in Ardmore, bringing expert coaching, positive energy, and plenty of encouragement to every session.

Handstands aren’t just a party trick—they’re a process 💥

When you see someone upside down, it’s easy to think it’s just for show. But what you don’t see is all the work that goes into it: the holds, the drills, the time spent building strength and control.

Practicing basic gymnastics in CrossFit—things like planks, hollow holds, wall walks, and controlled kick-ups—builds serious core strength and midline stability. That means better balance, more body awareness, and a stronger foundation for everything else you do in the gym.
