We’re thinking about starting a boxing-style cardio class led by our own pro bare-knuckle fighter, and we want to see who’d be interested!
This would be a high-energy workout focused on:
🥊 Boxing techniques
💪 Cardio & conditioning
🔥 Full-body burn
He is also also considering offering 1-on-1 bag work and skills sessions for anyone wanting more personalized training and to really sharpen their technique.
