Happy birthday to this guy, Paul Vandergriff!!! Paul is a passionate martial artist in the Asheville area with many years of experience in Shuri-Ryu Karate and other disciplines. We appreciate all that come through our doors with a focus on learning, and looking forward to training with you again this coming weekend at the Shuri-Te Bu-jutsu-Kai annual International
